This page explains how to request deletion of the account and data associated with your installation of Mommy a Monster!, as described in our privacy policy.
The app uses an anonymous Firebase account (a random identifier not linked to your name or email). A deletion request removes, permanently:
Data with fixed retention that expires on its own: consent-gated analytics events (60 days) and consent-gated crash reports (90 days). Progress stored only on your device is removed by uninstalling the app. Google Play purchase history is held by Google under your Google account and is not ours to delete.
Email us at piratebeer2019@gmail.com with the subject line “Delete my Mommy a Monster! data”.
Because your account is anonymous, we can locate it only with an identifier from your device. If the app is still installed, open Settings in the game and include the support identifier shown there; if you have uninstalled the app, tell us the approximate date and time you last played and your device model, and we will do our best to locate the record.
We respond to verified requests within 30 days (GDPR Article 12). Deletion is performed by the same server-side routine regardless of how the request reaches us.
An in-app “Delete my account” option is shipping in an upcoming release; once available, it performs the same deletion immediately from the Settings menu without needing to email us.
